Future Link Technologies, Inc. (FLT) is owned and operated by Latrice Hertzler, Environmental Consultant. FLT is a certified Historically Underutilized Business (HUB), woman owned business and Disadvantaged Business (DBE) that has provided environmental consulting, reviews and technology services for small businesses and local governments since 2002.

Our Services
Our environmental services include consulting and project management, strategic planning, risk assessments, Phase I – III environmental assessments, feasibility studies, permitting, compliance assistance and environmental auditing.
We provide project management, technical consulting and technology solutions that facilitate complete environmental solutions where quality controls and feedback provides ongoing sources of information about the project. Some of our area specialties include water, solid waste, water quality, remediation and cleanup. We also have experience with public outreach for planning initiatives regarding air, drinking water and waste issues.
FLT’s legislative and regulatory knowledge ensures our environmental reviews are consistent with current environmental regulations and law as identified by TCEQ, EPA or other regulatory agents. Some of these include Clean Air Act (CAA), Clean Water Act (CWA), National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA, or Superfund), Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Endangered Species Act (ESA), and Emergency Planning and Right-To-Know-Act (EPCRA).
Our in-house software and hardware solutions include equipment, services, training and support. Our focused technologies incorporate automation into our processes wherever possible. Technologies we use include project management software, the latest desktop applications for presentation and routine operations, GIS, databases for tracking, data quality (QA/QC) tools, and data management. A significant technology solution offered by our services includes the use of a proprietary tool referred to as the Environmental Data Screener (EDS). This tool will help to expedite environmental assessments including desktop data research cutting staff time by 75%.
